Vinay Shelke’s story is one of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. After graduating in 2017, Vinay started his first job as a dealership in a showroom, earning only 4000 rupees a month. However, he didn’t let that discourage him, and he continued to work hard and improve himself. Eventually, he moved to Pune and found better job opportunities, allowing him to earn a better income.
But then, COVID-19 hit, and Vinay lost his job. Despite his efforts to find new opportunities, he was unable to secure a job, leaving him feeling stressed, depressed, and with negative thoughts in his mind. One day, while walking on the street, he saw a delivery boy and got an idea to do that work. Vinay decided to become a delivery boy and worked in that role for six months.
During this time, he started researching new career opportunities and came across Salesforce. As someone with a background in mechanical engineering and an interest in coding, Vinay found Salesforce to be an exciting option. He attended a free workshop conducted by Sudhanshu Sir, and after that, he was hooked. He decided to pursue Salesforce full-time and began studying in earnest.
After overcoming various struggles and obstacles, Vinay finally landed a job as a Salesforce consultant. His hard work, determination, and perseverance paid off, and he is now thriving in his career. Vinay’s story is a testament to the power of resilience and the importance of never giving up on one’s dreams.
