Poonam Pawar, a dedicated mother with many responsibilities, made a brave decision to switch her career to IT after the birth of her child. Despite having graduated in 2016 and working in a non-tech field for 2.5 years, Poonam knew that she wanted to pursue a career in IT, which would offer her greater flexibility and work-life balance.
After taking a 2-year maternity leave to care for her child, Poonam decided to explore her options in the IT field. Fortunately, her husband was also working in Salesforce, a cloud-based software company that offers customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
